What's included

Both masks are 100% mulberry silk with a full-blackout fit and an adjustable strap.

Size and fit

Strap: adjustable hook-and-loop band that fits most adult heads, and is 4 cm wide.

Eye cups: attach anywhere along the band, so you can set them to your eye spacing and seal out light around the nose.

Mask size: about 23 × 9.5 cm, with eye cups of about 7.5 × 6 cm each.

How to warm (heated mask)

  1. Detach the eye cups from the mask. Only the cups go in the microwave, never the silk mask or strap.
  2. Microwave the cups for [X] seconds. Microwaves vary: add 5 seconds at a time if you'd like more warmth, but never exceed [MAX] seconds.
  3. No turntable? Warm for half the time, flip the cups, then finish.
  4. Test the temperature on the back of your wrist. If it feels too hot, wait 1–2 minutes.
  5. Reattach the cups, settle in and enjoy 10–15 minutes of soothing warmth.

How to cool (cooling mask)

  1. Detach the eye cups from the mask.
  2. Chill the cups in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Do not freeze them.
  3. Reattach the cups, settle in and enjoy 10–15 minutes of cooling relief before sleep.

Don't use a cup that is torn or leaking, and stop if it feels uncomfortably cold.

Safety

  • Never microwave longer than [MAX] seconds. Overheating can cause burns or damage the cups.
  • Do not heat in a conventional oven, toaster oven, on a stove or with a hair dryer.
  • Let the cups cool fully for [30] minutes before reheating.
  • Do not use if a cup is torn, leaking, scorched or damaged.
  • Do not use on broken, irritated or sensitive skin, or right after eye surgery or treatment.
  • Remove contact lenses before use.
  • Not for children, or for anyone who can't remove the mask on their own or sense heat (for example, people with diabetes or reduced sensation) without medical advice.
  • Stop using it if you feel discomfort, burning or irritation.
  • Not a medical device, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare provider if you have an eye condition.

Care

Silk masks and straps: remove the eye cups, then hand wash in cool water with a mild, silk-safe detergent. Press out water gently and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach.

Eye cups: spot clean only with a damp cloth. Never submerge them, and never microwave wet cups.
